Abode Bistro & Bar, located at the Parkroyal Darling Harbour will be launching a sparkling high tea menu at the end of the month.

The menu will feature a selection of both savoury and sweet bites infused with sparkling wine and complemented with Villa Jolanda prosecco and Jansz sparkling wine.

Savoury bites include the likes of smoked salmon and crepe roulade with soft cheese cured with Villa Jolanda Prosecco. On the sweet side of things, diners will find chocolate dipped strawberries infused with Jansz Rose.

The launch of the menu will take place on Sunday, 27th September where Cameron Anthes, director of Ergo Wines will talk guests through the inspiration behind the menu, and share everything from cooking tips to the history of sparkling wine.

Following the launch, the sparkling high tea menu will be served every Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
