4 Pines Brewing Company is expanding its reach in Sydney’s northern beaches region, opening  three new venues over the next year.

Joining the original Manly BrewPub and Brookvale Brewery Truck Bar which launched last year, Newport will welcome a barrel-aged beer concept which will launch in early summer, offering a range of barrel-aged beers that have been aging for between six and 24 months.

4 Pines Belrose will be a beer and bread concept that will open in the Glen Street Theatre in Belrose in 2017. Bread-making is a natural progression for 4 Pines which has made its own stout bread in the Manly BrewPub since 2010. As well as selling fresh bread daily, customers will be able to pop into 4 Pines Belrose for a pre or post theatre meal and drink, with the venue expected to be open seven days a week from brunch to dinner.

Due to launch in spring, 4 Pines Manly Underground, located beneath the BrewPub, will also be open seven days a week. Long term 4 Pines executive chef Rob de Paulo will step away from the pub-focused dishes on offer upstairs, creating a more produce-driven and seasonal menu.

“4 Pines has come a long way since the BrewPub launched 2008, with the Keller Door range, Space Beer, Truck Bar last year and now these three venues. We don’t want to do something new unless it’s an organic fit for our business and we’ve had the tick of approval from the local community. Barrel-aged beers are something we’ve been working on for years and they’re just starting to get talked about a bit more, so it’s great timing to be able to launch a venue that that specialises in them,” 4 Pines’ Ged Dore said.
