POS company, H&L Australia, has announced its acquisition of South Australian software brand, Bluefrog POS.

Adding Bluefrog POS to its portfolio will allow H&L Australia – the core products of which include Zen Global, BooKBooK, Sysnet, and H&L Workforce Management – to reach broader market opportunities, particularly across the small to medium restaurant, café and bar market.

Bluefrog POS has a customer base of high profile restaurants in South Australia including the Argo, Chianti, George’s and Andre’s Cucina.

According to a statement issued by H&L, the partnership will create dozens of new jobs, particularly across its nationwide accounts and business development teams.

Burt Admiraal, CEO of H&L Australia said, “This exciting association is not just a contract, it’s a new relationship. We have the infrastructure to support such a great product and with a long term investment we are fully committed to maintaining the direction that Bluefrog has envisaged over the last 11 years.”

Stef Princi, the owner and developer of Bluefrog POS said, “Choosing the right company to provide Bluefrog the opportunity to grow and reach its full potential was imperative and H&L was the perfect choice.”

“With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, H&L understands the importance of customers and providing a quality service.”
