Popular burger concept, Pub Life Kitchen has opened its second venue, located at the Ruby L’otel in Sydney’s Rozelle.

Open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, Pub Life Kitchen is the brainchild of Jovan Curic, who’s overseen the creation of the Pub Life Kitchen menu, which Curic said champions “the return of pub food.”

Menu items include braised beef cheeks with truffled potato puree and Serrano ham; pie of the day with house pastry, peas and gravy; pumpkin and walnut tortellini with sage and burnt butter; and chargrilled pasture fed sirloin with smashed potatoes and horseradish butter.

Three burgers are also on offer: The O.G. – salt aged patty, American cheese, McClures pickles, lettuce, tomato and PLK aioli; The Bird – buttermilk fried chicken, McClures pickles, American cheese, lettuce tomato and green sriracha mayo; and the Don Ruby – salt aged patty, American cheese, McClures pickles, black garlic and truffle aioli.

Curic launched the first Pub Life Kitchen under the guise of Bill & Toni’s Pub Life in 2010, before moving to Lord Wolseley Hotel in Ultimo three years later.
