Hospitality magazine’s Restaurant Leaders Summit is returning in 2017 at a new venue, Randwick Racecourse, on 31 July.

After the successful inaugural event in 2016, which saw industry leaders including Rockpool Dining Group’s CEO Tom Pash, Oakridge Winery’s head chef Matt Stone, Longrain Melbourne’s Lisa van Haandel, Chur Burger’s Warren Turnbull and nel. restaurant’s Nelly Robinson in attendance, Restaurant Leaders Summit will once again be hosting some of the industry’s most accomplished chefs and restaurateurs, sharing insights into how they’ve built their success.

The day will be broken up into a series of panel discussions, Q&As and presentations. The panel topics will focus on how to overcome obstacles to profitability while also enhancing productivity.

In order to build a truly engaging timetable, we’d love to hear from you!  Please tell us what you’d love to learn about at the Restaurant Leaders Summit, whether it be tips on reducing your staffing costs, navigating online marketing or building an effective front of house team.

Please send your suggestions through to Hospitality’s editor, Danielle Bowling.

As the date approaches, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on ticket sales and program details.

2017’s Restaurant Leaders Summit is brought to you by Conga Foods and Scotchmans Hill Wines.
