Tim Clark, the man behind Tatler Sydney will be opening his latest venture, 169 Darlinghurst this December.
Located above Tatler, 169 Darlinghurst will offer the Sydney dining scene dishes of Japanese, Spanish and regional American influences, with drinks created by Christopher Thomas and Byron Woolfrey of mobile bar service, Trolley’d.
The drinks menu will comprise cocktails that feature spirits from boutique distillers, the wine list will rotate frequently with drops available by the glass and bottle, and craft beers will be served in large format bottles.
The venue has been designed in collaboration with renowned creative and stage designer, Tony Assness, and features artworks by Sydney-based artist George Raftopoulos along with large arched windows.
The venue will officially open its doors on Monday 7 December.
