New South Wales brewers 4 Pines have teamed up with Boardriders to launch a revitalised hospitality offering.
The collaboration will see a new world of food and drink at Boardriders in Coolangatta, Queensland and Torquay, Victoria, go live by the end of the year.
“All of our 4 Pines venues are focused on delivering an exceptional hospitality and beer experience to the local community, and we are pumped to do this for Coolangatta and Torquay in the coming months,” says 4 Pines COO Matt McInnes.
4 Pines executive group chef Ed Sargent has created the menus for 4 Pines x Boardriders – Coolangatta, which will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner; a first for the venue.
Classic café dishes will be available from bacon and egg rolls and mushrooms and eggs on sourdough for breakfast to salt and pepper squid and burgers for lunch and dinner.
The team has also installed Smartbrew tanks on site, which will provide a steady flow of brews and provide the opportunity for staff to create unique beverages only available at the Coolangatta location. The full 4 Pines range will also be available along with tea, coffee, wine, cocktails and spirits.
4 Pines x Boardriders – Coolangatta will open from 30 October and operate seven days a week for breakfast and lunch with dinner available from Wednesdays.
