Popular Sydney caf Cornersmith has announced the location for its new venue, opening later this year.
According to Good Food, the new cafe, which will still carry the Cornersmith name, will set up shop on the corner of View and Piper streets in Annandale, opposite Hinsby Park.
"Being opposite the park was a big drawcard," Elliott-Howery, co-owner of Cornersmith said. "We'd like people to be able to grab something and head over to the park with a picnic blanket."
The new venue is expected to open in June or July.
The original caf, located in Marrickville, is a favourite amongst Sydneysiders, largely because of its quality coffee offering and commitment to local suppliers and producers.
In 2014, it claimed the Best Caf award at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Cafe Guide, as well as taking out the Sustainable Practice gong at the Good Food Under $30 awards.
