Taking place from 6 to 21 February, Luna Feasts will offer Sydneysiders a range of set-price menus and specials at around 40 restaurants across the city.
“Sydney is home to some of the best Asian restaurants in the world and this is a great opportunity to enjoy a New year’s banquet with family, have a night out with friends, or just enjoy a quick snack at great prices,” said Lord Mayor Clover Moore.
Venues participating in the Year of the Monkey celebrations include Opera Bar, Hero Sushi in World Square, Chat Thai in Chinatown, Fat Noodle at The Star, Bennelong at The Opera House, Golden Century and Fu Manchu in Darlinghurst.
“There is a bounty of food choices on offer, from Yum Cha to ramen, dumplings and Peking duck, with a range of cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Indonesian and Malaysian,” Moore said.
Lunar Feasts highlights include a ‘Monkey See, Monkey Do’ cocktail, ‘Good Luck Dishes’ and an ‘auspicious and delicious’ pan-Asian banquet.
