The Sydney Morning Herald Sydney Cellar Door event will once again be returning to Hyde Park this February.
The event aims to showcase the best food, wine and produce that the state has to offer and organisers are encouraging NSW wine producers and providores to get involved.
“We love seeing Hyde Park transform into a microcosm of this great state’s wine regions and producers, with around 100 winery stalls laid out by region. In recognition of the world-class wine produced in our regional areas, our focus for 2016 is to bring the country to the city," says Fairfax Events Head of Food James Laing.
“The Sydney Morning Herald Cellar Door gives our local wine and food industry the opportunity to bring their talent, cuisine and delicious wine to an engaged public. It’s all about teaching and encouraging people to eat and drink locally.”
NSW wine producers that are looking to get involved can now register as a stallholder at the reduced rate of $2,681.00 plus GST.
In 2015, the event attracted 80,000 people with over 60 wineries laid out by region.
The event will take place from Friday 26 February to Sunday 28 Feruary, 2016.
