Jaime Wirth of the Drink N Dine group and Matt Kemp, executive chef of the Charing Cross Hotel, are among the leading speakers confirmed for the inaugural Pub Leaders Summit, which takes place on 21 March 2016 in Sydney.
The event, a one-day conference and mini expo for operators, licensees and managers within the hospitality industry, will cover a variety of topics, including the pub food revolution, social media marketing and how to manage multiple sites.
Other speakers confirmed for the Summit include respected operators Arthur Laundy (Laundy Hotel Group), Paddy Coughlan (Bourke St), Patrick and Angela Gallagher, owners of Gallagher Hotels (pictured below), and Justine Baker (Solotel).
“What makes the conference really special is the amazing line-up of speakers – leading pub operators and industry experts – willing to share their experience and advice with the rest of the trade. That transparency and spirit of cooperation will be indispensable to businesses seeking to grow,” stated event organiser Paul Wootton.
“You can always learn new things in any business and we believe venue operators, no matter what their experience, will find the Summit an invaluable day out.”
The Pub Leaders Summit, which will be hosted by Hospitality’s sister magazine Australian Hotelier, will be held at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont, on 21 March 2016. To view the full program and to register for early bird tickets, visit www.publeaders.com.au
