Salt Meats Cheese has officially swung open the doors to its fourth store, Drummoyne, Sydney.
The store is sharing a space with Harris Farm, Hudson Meats and Sydney Fresh Seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days.
Breakfast offerings include traditional patisserie goods and a freshly roasted coffee from the on-site coffee roaster.
In terms of lunch and dinner options, co-director Edoardo Perlo describes the menu as "classic Italian with an unexpected twist.”
The menu includes the likes of spinach and ricotta ravioli with French brie, sage and crispy pancetta; wood-fire oven pizzas; cheese boards and truffle fries.
Takeaway options including pastries, sandwiches and fresh juices are also available.
The opening of the Drummoyne store follows the opening of the Surfers Paradise and Mosman stores earlier this year, joining the flagship venue in Alexandria to take the businesses’ store count to up four.
