Opening its doors on 15 November, Hawker Hall is the latest venture from the team behind Chin Chin, Baby Caf and Pizzeria and Kong BBQ.
Housed in a historic-turn-of-the-century horse stable in Windsor, Victoria, Hawker Hall is a food and beer hall inspired by the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore and Malaysia, with the menu showcasing the best of south east Asian cuisine.
With almost 70 dishes based on the cultures of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China and India, the menu will be overseen by Benjamin Cooper, group executive chef, and Damian Snell, head chef, with hawker classics such as Nasi Lemak, Char Kway Teow and Hainanese BBQ Chicken Rice.
There will be 18 beers on tap, sourced from both within Australia and internationally. Visitors can also choose from a range of wines on tap and cocktails inspired by the flavours of south east Asia.
Hawker Hall will be open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, and will have seating for 160 people.
