A new Huxtaburger outlet at Eastland in Ringwood has opened, making it the fifth venue in the popular burger chain’s portfolio.
The latest outlet will offer Huxtaburger favourites including the classic Huxtaburger cheeseburger, the spicy and saucy Denise burger and the double-deckered Theo as well as the kid-friendly Rudy burger and meat-free Sondra.
Beer, wine and a range of milkshakes will feature on the beverage list.
Partners Daniel Wilson, Dante Ruaine and Jeff Wong opened their first Huxtaburger store in Collingwood in early 2012 off the back of their successful Smith Street restaurant, Huxtable. Since then, three Huxtaburger stores have opened in Prahran, Hawthorn and the CBD, as well as the new Eastland location.
“All too often the exciting restaurants and food offerings are concentrated in the CBD and inner suburbs. We think this is a marvelous initiative by Eastland to bring it to the people. We are thrilled to bring our burgers to Melbourne’s east,” said Wilson.
The new Huxtaburger store opens as part of stage one in the $665 million redevelopment of the Eastland shopping complex and will sit alongside an array of fellow esteemed eateries including George Calombaris’ Jimmy Grants and Frank Camorra’s Pacos Tacos.
Huxtaburger Eastland is open from 11am – 10pm, seven days a week.
