The Marriott Melbourne had added a new dining concept to culinary its offering with the introduction of ‘Table for 12.”
Table for 12 is an intimate private dinner held weekly, which caters exclusively to 12 guests and features a four-course degustation menu complete with matched wine.
Held every Thursday evening, the dinner will be held inside the unique Country Bred space upon a communal table.
According to Marriott Melbourne chef, Amit Laud, the menu will feature a variety of dishes from the garden, sea and land with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal produce.
“We wanted to create a luxurious experience for guests who were after something a bit different rather than your usual hotel dinner. At Table for 12, guests have the opportunity to dine with other like-minded individuals or make a group booking,” says Laud.
“Our menu is Australian-fusion, reflecting the diverse culture of Melbourne. We use locally sourced, seasonal produce to create interesting, palatable dishes that please all the senses. The wine pairings further accentuate the flavours and create one unforgettable dining experience.”
