Italian Street Kitchen is opening at Gasworks Plaza on 12 June, representing the restaurant’s entry into the Queensland market.
Offering contemporary and classic Roman street food, Italian Street Kitchen has an open kitchen, where pasta is handmade daily and the pizza dough is aged for 48 hours.
Restaurateur Mauro Marcucci said “We are excited to open in Brisbane’s newest premier retail and dinning precinct amongst the line-up of other premium restaurants. The area is vibrant, young and fresh which complements the Roman street cuisine and atmosphere of our brand.”
Menu items will include arancini made from roasted pumpkin, smoked provolone, parmesan, thyme and panko crumb; marinara blanca with fresh seafood and sautéed with olive oil, garlic, chilli and parsley sauce; marinated lamb shoulder; and the Gustosa pizza topped with mozzarella, mushroom, Italian sausage, parmesan and truffle oil.
