The team behind Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts will launch a new venture on 16 December. Pafu will serve up a sweet, fluffy and light apple puff pastry from its first store in QV Melbourne, designed by T-A Square Architects.
The Japanese version of French apple turnovers, Pafu pastry is filled with locally sourced ingredients, including custard and half a Fuji apple.
Pafu is the latest opening form the ST Group, which was established in 2011 when it launched PapaRich in QV Melbourne. Over the last six years the group has grown to include 28 Paparich restaurants, 12 NeNe Chicken outlets, and 16 Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart venues throughout Australia, among more.
