Sydney’s Hughenden Boutique Hotel has revealed a new café as part of the property’s recent refurbishment.
Located on Queen Street in Woollahra, the Victorian residence, which dates back to 1878, now boasts a refreshed look whilst maintaining its old-world character.
The new Hughenden Café is open to both residents and the public and features a brand new all-day menu.
Dishes include pumpkin and bacon tart topped with feta and mixed herbs and watermelon salad with feta, pepitas, pomegranate, shaved fennel, mint and balsamic reduction.
The hotel also includes an intimate speakeasy bar and a newly decked private upper floor terrace.
“Our mission is to deliver a tailored service with the emphasis on attention to detail to ensure our guests always experience the Hughenden’s warmth and hospitality for which it is renowned,” says hotel manager Liza De Jesus.
