The Greek Club, located in Brisbane’s West End, has undergone a $3 million renovation, heralding a new era for the 45-year-old venue.
The six-moth refurbishment program included a full, modern renovation of the venue and the addition of a new signature restaurant.
Set to officially open at the end of May, Nostimo Restaurant Bar will be led by incoming chef in residence David Tsirekas, group executive chef of Greek restaurant 1821 in Sydney.
The 180-seat restaurant will focus on modern Greek cuisine combined with true Hellenic hospitality.
The Greek Club general manager Andrew Tambakis says the refurbishment represents a new phase for the iconic venue.
“The club stands as one of the most versatile event space offerings in Brisbane and now, with this renovation program complete, it raises the bar again,” he says.
