Artichoke Restaurant and Bar has relaunched in its new location in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast.
Formally residing at Ephraim Island, Paradise Point, Artichoke now boasts views of the marina and serves a menu focused on quality seafood.
Owner and executive chef Grant Madgwick brings almost 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the restaurant.
“When you dine at Artichoke, it is like you are dining at my home and you can expect to be treated like family and feel welcomed,” he says.
Menu highlights include kingfish carpaccio with squid ink, horseradish mousse, hazelnut crumble, Persian feta and micro herbs and Coca-Cola pork belly served with Grand Marnier, mostarda fruit, orange glaze with vodka, cauliflower smear and pickled fennel salad.
In addition to Artichoke’s regular dining menu, guests can choose the “Trust The Chef” degustation menu, which is tailored to each diner’s preference.
The venue also features an oyster bar and a private dining space.
