Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves have named the latest venue set to open at the riverside precinct.
Mr Percival’s will launch on 29 November with head chef Damien Styles (ex-Fish House) at the helm.
“Being from Brisbane originally, this role is like a homecoming for me,” says Styles. “My attention to detail in the food and dining experience, along with my love of all things seafood, means that Mr Percival’s is the perfect place for me.”
The venue will join Jonathan Barthelmess’ Greca, Felons Brewing Co, Toko Brisbane by Matt Yazbek and Stanley Restaurant and Bar by Andrew Baturo.
Mr Percival’s will offer aperitivo-style bar snacks as well as a range of more substantial options.
The culinary offering will heavily focus on seafood, with menu items including lobster rolls, anchovies dressed with olive oil, lemon and garlic and whipped cod roe. Styles says he will be working closely with local fishermen and producers to ensure a high-quality offering.
