Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants will return to Macao in March 2019.
Now in its seventh year, the event will take place at Wynn Palace Cotai where chefs, restaurateurs and industry will gather to honour the best in the business.
“Last year’s program and awards attracted the highest number of attendees in the event’s history and we anticipate 2019 will be even bigger and, of course, even better,” says William Drew, group editor of Asia’s 50 Best Program.
Scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26 March, a number of events will take place over the week including collaborative dinners, discussions and the annual Chefs Feast celebration.
The annual #50BestTalks will return on 25 March where chefs and culinary leaders will gather to discuss sustainability, sourcing, over-consumption and other topics under the ‘vital ingredients’ umbrella.
“As a newly designated UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, we are looking forward to interacting once again with the best of the best in the Asian culinary world, and being inspired in our efforts to take our destination to its next level of development,” says says Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, director from Macao Government Tourism Office.
