Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham have announced they’ll open Mary’s Underground in the Sydney CBD in the coming months.
Located in the site of The Basement on Macquarie Place, the venue will have two food offerings – a bar serving burgers, beer and fried chicken and a restaurant dishing up ‘classic Euro-American cuisine’.
There will be a number of plant-based options available for diners who still want to enjoy Mary’s signature cuisine without the meat. “Mary’s will always continue to be inclusive of all choices, without losing the direction of delicious, fun, indulgent food and flavours,” says Graham.
The usual drinks offering will be available alongside a natural and sustainable wine list.
Mary’s Underground joins Graham’s and Smyth’s growing portfolio of venues which includes Mary’s in Newtown, The Unicorn Hotel, Mary’s Pizzeria and The Lansdowne.
