Bathers’ Pavilion has revealed a new line-up of chefs and front of house guns joining the Balmoral restaurant.
Operator and chef Serge Dansereau signed a new 20-year lease in May and the restaurant has been closed for the past month while it undergoes a series of renovations.
Bathers is set to get a new kiosk, cafe, restaurant dining room, lounge area and function space.
Besides revamping the space with the expertise of Luchetti Krelle, there’s been some changes to the kitchen and front of house teams.
According to Good Food, Cam Fairbairn has been appointed general manager of service off the back of ACME closing at the end of June.
Cameron Johnston (St Claude’s) has taken on the role of head chef with Kumiko Endo (Attica) joining as pastry chef. The position of restaurant manager has been taken on by former Kingdom of Rice alum Jess Mead.
Bathers is slated to reopen in October this year.
