Pok Pok chef and restaurateur Andy Ricker is coming to Australia to launch his new cookbook.
The chef, who was awarded one Michelin star and two James Beard awards, will join David Thompson at Long Chim Sydney (11 November) and Perth (18 November).
Ricker is known for his take on northern Thai cuisine and will be bringing his new book to life at the one-night-only events which will revolve around noodle dishes.
Guests can look forward to a Thai version of scotch eggs, stir-fried clams with ginger and galangal and fried rice noodles with duck.
Plus, Thompson and the Long Chim team will debut new dishes inspired by Bangkok and a selection of desserts.
Tickets are on sale now for $75 per person.
