Three new concepts have joined Sydney food precinct Darling Square.
Located in Haymarket, the precinct is already home to venues including XOPP, Fishbowl and Mr Bao.
Spago and Toyosu Suisan are now operating, with Toastie Smith slated to open its doors in April.
Spago revolves around freshly made pasta used in classic dishes such as bolognese. Diners can design their own pasta bowls and choose from a range of sauces and toppings. The venue is located in the Makers Dozen area and also features an extensive wine and beer list.
Japanese eatery Toyosu Suisan will open in Steam Mill Lane and offers everything from sushi rolls to degustations, but all showcase high-quality seafood such as tuna, salmon, eel and more. The drinks offering revolves around sake, beer, wine and cocktails.
Toastie Smith will also open its doors in the Makers Dozen area, offering customers a selection of 12 options from April.
Diners can look forward to roast beef, pork katsu or grilled fish toasties with an egg omelette inside. On the drinks front, Toastie Smith will be offering coffee, smoothies and house-made sodas.
