Fink has teamed up with OzHarvest to launch Harvest Bites, a service delivering meals made by some of Sydney’s top chefs.
Over the next four weeks, Quay’s Peter Gilmore, Bennelong’s Rob Cockerill, Firedoor’s Lennox Hastie and Otto’s Richard Ptacnik will each create a weekly menu with their team.
Options are split into meals for two ($48) or four ($90), with Pioik bread also available.
All the produce used to create the dishes are from Fink’s usual suppliers, with each purchase generating at least 40 meals for those in need.
Week one will see Ptacnik cook followed by Hastie, Cockerill and Gilmore.
Otto’s menu features braised beef chef with mushrooms and pancetta teamed with potatoes and a lemon tart, with Quay making pork and veal lasagne with green salad and tiramisu.
Orders must be made by 2pm on Thursday for Monday delivery and are now open for week one and two.
