The Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Festival will launch on Saturday 13 June.
The program will feature online gin tasting experiences and masterclasses across 90 minutes from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Leading Australian bartenders will be on hand with recommendations for different gin and tonic combinations.
Gin distillers will walk attendees through the history and process of creating gins and MasterChef Australia’s Simon Toohey will share food pairings.
The festival aims to highlight modern gins with locals Four Pillars and Adelaide Hills and international brands Bombay Sapphire and Hendrick’s Gin, plus many more.
The virtual festival is free to join (18+) with a link to register here. The free tickets allow guests to join the stream the live event, with organisers to reach out in advance with a list of items to purchase ahead of the festival.
