Sydney Tower Dining has announced three new dining concepts set to open in the coming months.
The three-level precinct has undergone a $12 million redevelopment to create a new restaurant, casual dining spot and a cocktail bar and lounge.
360 Bar and Dining has been replaced with Infinity at Sydney Tower, which will open its doors on level one on 25 September.
Mike Dierlinger has been appointed head chef of the restaurant and will also direct the food offering at Bar 83 (level three), which has taken over a former event space.
Dierlinger joins after time at The Bridge Room and will curate a menu celebrating local produce.
“Diners can expect simple and elegant dishes that hero the incredible fresh local produce, crafted with an international twist,” says the chef.
SkyFeast at Sydney Tower is located on level two of the precinct and will offer a range of cuisines alongside seafood, pasta, salads, desserts and more.
Bookings are now open for Infinity.
