Fishbowl continues to expand across Sydney with the addition of a new location.
The latest storefront is in Parramatta Square, which has undergone a $3.2 billion redevelopment.
Diners can look forward to the brand’s signature made-to-order salad bowls put together with premium ingredients including Rangers Valley beef and wild-caught tuna.
The Parramatta store marks the 24th location for Fishbowl, which was founded by Nathan Dalah, Nic Pestalozzi and Casper Ettelson.
Fishbowl joins CicciaBella, Rivareno Gelato, Betty’s Burgers and more in the new dining precinct and will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday.
“This development feels like a natural response to the drive and growth of Parramatta city, it’s going to transform the city centre and create a precinct alive with commerce and culture,” says Pestalozzi.
“We’re ecstatic to be here and can’t wait to serve the community.”
Fishbowl is celebrating its new addition by giving away 100 bowls for free this Saturday.
