The team behind Sydney CBD eatery District Brasserie have opened a new concept in Parramatta Square.
Harvey’s Hot Sandwiches is a mash up of Aussie milk bars and American diners with a modern twist.
The venue is anchored by made-to-order sandwiches with customers able to select their bread and fillings.
Brisket, pastrami, parmigiana, meatball, Philly cheesesteak, hot chicken and club are just some of the options on offer.
Sides, breakfast sandwiches and desserts are also available alongside sodas, lemonades and floats.
“Harvey’s Hot Sandwiches is all about nostalgia and optimising the essence of big, hot, tasty sandwiches, a larger-than-life philosophy and an energetic spirit,” says owner John Vissaritis.
The team will open two other venues in the precinct shortly: Threefold Pastry and Ruse Bar & Brasserie.
Harvey’s is open seven days a week.
