Sydney’s Hinchcliff House is set to unveil its latest offering, Lana, tomorrow.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of the four-level building and will offer diners a seafood-leaning menu spearheaded by Chef Alex Wong.
It joins Grana and Apollonia which opened in April, with a dessert concept also in the works.

The restaurant has a full cocktail bar complete with a DJ and a range of seating from bar to low and high tables.
It’s set menu only at Lana, and diners can choose from two ($69), three ($85) or five courses ($99).
A meal at Lana kicks off with potato foccacia with condiments followed by bites; there’s a luxe take on arancini – ‘marroncini’ – hot and cold oysters, sardine with ricotta crostino and abalone ‘spiedini’.
Lana’s seafood plate, chilled vegetable lasagnette, sea urchin linguine and bug tortelli with arrow squid and sambal follow before moving on to the next dining phase which encompasses native green ricotta gnudi, Murray cod with spring onion verde and crayfish risoni with pepperberry ($30 supplement).
A mixed leaf salad and parmesan fries are served on the side with a concise dessert offering covering chocolate and quince tart, cheddar with muntries and honeycomb plus a namesake sgroppino.
Cocktails will be a core part of the drinks offering and the wine list will feature local and international drops.
Lana opens on Wednesday 9 June and will operate for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday.
