Hospitality group Australian Venue Co will open the doors to their new waterfront bar, Little Pearl & Dining, on 10 January next year.
The venue will replace the group’s now-closed venture Manly Wine, situated along the Manly esplanade.
“It feels like a breath of fresh air,” says Chief Executive Officer of Australian Venue Co, Paul Waterson.
“Little Pearl is designed for maximum ease and an effortless drinking and dining experience. It’s beautiful, it’s fun, it’s laidback and a welcome addition to the Manly neighbourhood.”
Guests can expect a menu that reflects casual all-day dining, curated by Little Pearl’s Executive Chef Jason Roberson .
Highlights include mains such as popcorn bug sliders, betel leaves, Sri Lankan king prawn curry and slow cooked wagyu beef cheek.
In addition a Friday to Sunday breakfast selection will cover kombucha bircher, breakfast bao buns with sticky beef cheek and pandan waffles with coconut ice cream.
Hawker-style sharing platters will also be on offer along side a range of cocktails and premium wines.
A weekly Saturday brunch will extend over two-hour seating which will see three courses served and bottomless spritzes.
Little Pearl Bar & Dining will be operate seven days a week.
