Korean food giant, Bonchon, is set to open the doors to its first Australian location in Melbourne’s Craigieburn this January.
Situated on the main street off Craigieburn Road, the store will be serving up its signature double-fried chicken made with authentic Korean spices.
Diners can also expect a selection of Korean classics such as bulgogi and japchae along with loaded kimchi fries and kimchi bacon fried rice.
Other highlights include tonkatsu chicken, edamame, burgers, dumplings and steamed chicken buns.
An extensive drinks offering covers a range of Korean beers and soju cocktails like the Bonchon Strawberry Cosmo.
The company, founded by Jinduk Seo, currently operates in more than eight countries and has future plans to expand in Australia with up to 150 locations throughout the country.
Bonchon Craigieburn will open Monday to Sunday from 11 am until 10 pm.
