The Foodservice Australia Exhibition is set to return to Melbourne this year from 27 February to 1 March.
After two years without shows Event Director Tim Collett is ready for the tradeshow to welcome visitors.
“After surviving lockdown the food industry is on the crest of a massive rebound. Everyone wants to reconnect and rebuild,” says Collett. “A tradeshow is the obvious place to catch up and discover the new food and equipment trends. I have no doubt this will be the biggest and most important show we have ever run.”
Over 450 exhibitioners and special events will be held this year including the National Restaurant Conference, Aged Care Catering Summit, Chef of the Year Competition, Chef Success Workshops, Café School, Sweet Spot and Bocuse d’Or.
Guests can sample a range of foods such as, ingredients, convenience products, gourmet items snack and beverages along with artisanal and plant-based produce.
On the equipment-front catering tools will include ovens, fryers, slicers, toasters, knives, refrigeration, benches, coffee machines, the latest sales systems and packaging.
Entry is free but visitors must be over 16 and work in food or hospitality.
Registration is now open here.
