Frenchies bistro and brewery in Sydney’s Rosebery has reopened after summer renovations.
Co-founder and Head Chef Thomas Cauquil is excited to introduce a revamped bistro offering.
“We took a different approach with our menu when we reopened after lockdown last year, and moved towards a share plate style of dining,” says Cauquil. “We remained
true to our commitment to quality, and it was really well received by both our
regulars and new customers.”
New dishes include duck and chicken pâté en croûte along with fish crudo, confit Clarence River prawns, crab and cuttlefish beignets, ox heart carpaccio and a lamb tomahawk.
For $40pp guests can expect bottomless lunches and can choose from share plates or an a la carte menu with beverages at an additional cost.
The brewing team have also come out with new releases including the Big C’s West Coast IPA, the Forêt Oak Pilsner and the Cool Kids range made in collaboration with Hopsters Co-Op Brewery.
With six new tanks the venue are able to experiment more with unique brews and flavours.
“Our new tanks are a little different this time around – they are a bit
smaller in size and laying down flat, a decision we intentionally made so we can get
creative and develop lots of small batch brews for customers to enjoy,” says Head Brewer Vincent De Soyres.
