Ingredients
250g fresh pizza dough
50g blended whole peeled tomatoes – pizza sauce
170g Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese
180g roasted red capsicum- skinned and peeled / chopped
80g Muhammara dip
Method
- Stretch fresh pizza dough to desired thickness
- Spread pizza sauce and evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese
- Scatter with the roasted capsicum across the pizza
- Place in a pre-heated wood-fired oven at 380 degrees Celsius or rotational pizza oven at 270 degrees Celsius and cook for 5 minutes
- Once cooked and cut add dollops of the Muhamarra dip or serve it as a side component
