Merivale has confirmed it will launch a massive 64 food and beverage outlets at Allianz Stadium in Sydney this month.
The news comes off the back of the group’s debut into stadium hospitality last year at the Sydney Cricket Ground in partnership with Venues NSW.
“We are tremendously excited to enter the second phase of our hospitality partnership with Venues NSW and cannot wait for the incredible Allianz Stadium to open its doors to a new world of entertainment,” says Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes.
“Our stadia hospitality continues to go from strength to strength, and we’re so eager to be a part of the wonderful stadium experience for the millions of guests who are clamoring to see this jewel in the crown of Sydney’s sports and entertainment landscape.”
Come 28 August, patrons will be able to enjoy food and drink from brands including El Loco and Jimmy’s Falafel as well as new additions Ms G’s Noodles & Dumplings, Totti’s Pasta Bar and Bert’s Bistro.
The Totti’s brand, spearheaded by Executive Chef Mike Eggert, will see the restaurant’s signature antipasti available in the member’s area alongside pastas such as fettuccine with stracciatella and Bolognese pappardelle.
Bert’s Bistro is a more causal iteration of the Northern Beaches fine diner, and will serve the same seafood-driven cuisine including grilled lobster with garlic butter and fillet of Murray cod as well as Wagyu sirloin béarnaise and cauliflower steak.
Dan Hong’s Ms G’s Noodles & Dumplings will serve a menu covering the chef’s signature cheeseburger spring rolls, pork buns, har gau and more.
There will be more casual fare available for punters including fish and chips, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, sushi and tacos.
Merivale is also elevating the beverage offering at the stadium via Bert’s martinis and spritzes plus margaritas and a Totti’s Negroni.
“Merivale’s trademark magic has transformed the hospitality experience at the Sydney Cricket Ground, which they’ll take to another level at Allianz Stadium, beginning on August 28,” says Allianz Stadium and Venues NSW CEO Kerrie Mather.
