Sydney’s Burwood is set to welcome the second installment of the much-loved Senpai Ramen by Chase Kojima.
The Sokyo executive chef launched the first ramen location in Chatswood last year, recently teaming up with Sydney Restaurateur Howin Chui to roll out the brand across the city.
Opening on 27 January, the venue will serve bowls of its signature ramen along with a bunch of new dishes including the Senpai malatang made with 16-hour pork bone broth and rice don with New Zealand King salmon. Kakigori is also set to make an appearance alongside house soft-serve.
While the Chatswood location is billed as an omakase concept, the new addition will offer diners a more casual dining experience where they can drop by for a bowl of noodles or a snack.
“Our aim is to bring the fine dining experience to Burwood but making it accessible for everyone to enjoy including families,” says Kojima. “We want to bring those luxe vibes at an affordable price tag.”
Senpai Ramen Burwood will be open daily for lunch and dinner and is located at Emerald Square, 27 Belmore St, Burwood.
