After debuting on Melbourne’s La Trobe Street earlier this year, Homm is set to launch two new outposts in Melbourne Central and Box Hill next month.
Homm is known for its unique offering of Asian desserts which take on Thai-inspired influences.
Some of the venue’s most well-known dishes include a Thai-twist on Korean bingsu with Thai tea and salted egg; plus a toasted coconut and kaya crumble.
The expansion coincides with the launch of Homm’s mochi gelato menu which will only be available at the Melbourne Central location.
Some of the flavours set to be on the mochi gelato menu include Thai tea; salted kaya caramel; strawberry cheese pie; and Thai coconut cream kati.
Homm is the work of co-founders and husband and wife duo Bass Sakdatorn and Proud Saithai and is also co-owned by ST Group (PappaRich, NeNe Chicken, Gong Cha, Ippudo).
“Our new stores offers the same menu of Thai-inspired flavour bombs, with the addition of a rotating specials to keep our cult-following growing,” says the duo.
“For us, expansion is about reaching new heights, reaching new customers and sharing with the community a unique dessert experience you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.”
Homm Melbourne Central and Box Hill are slated to open in December.
