Located 100m above the new Queen’s Wharf Precinct, The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck is set to host three hospitality venues when it opens next year.
The three venues are the The Star’s European-Australian restaurant Aloria; all-day, relaxed dining spot Babblers; and open-air bar Cicada Blu.
“Aloria is destination dining redefined; Babblers brings a sense of familiarity through its warmth and charm; and Cicada Blu is the magnetic centre that brings the three together,” says The Star Brisbane General Manager Food and Beverage Dustin Osuch.
“From a breezy brunch or long relaxed lunch swapping stories with friends, to sunset soirees, intimate dinner dates or celebrations that continue late into the evening, Sky Deck will deliver endless opportunities for locals and visitors to choose their own adventure.”
Aloria will be a showcase of European and Australian fare, with a open kitchen, local season-led food offering, and impressive wine cellar set to be tagged as the state’s “cellar in the sky”.
Babblers will be the Sky Deck’s all-day, relaxed eatery with seasonal share plates and a drinks offering championing Australian producers.
Cicada Blu will be the day-to-night offering for the Sky Deck with live entertainment and light shows.
The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck is slated to open in 2024.
