Brewmanity Beer Co. is set to open Melbourne’s first rooftop brewery bar this Friday.
The three-storey venue will feature the Brewmanity Beer Co. range by Head Brewer Tim Miller alongside classic cocktails, spirits, and local wines.
The ground floor of the venue will be home to the beer hall, where guests can see into the Brewmanity Beer Co. brewery and see the process behind the products.
Upstairs will host the rooftop terrace which boasts panoramic views of the city skyline.
The third level is set to open mid-April, and will be a higher up rooftop offering.
Food-wise, the venue will serve up a menu of share plates and bar snacks.
Highlights include a beer-braised lamb shoulder designed to share with 5-6 people; mushroom arancini; cheeseburger sliders and soft pretzels; plus a chef’s board featuring seasonal fruits, meats, cheese lavosh, and marinated olives.
Brewmanity Beer Co. is co-founded by AFL player David Neitz, and has been raising money for Fight MND (Motor Neurone Disease) since its launch in 2015.
Brewmanity Beer Co. opens on Friday at 44-50 Tope Street, South Melbourne.
