Since 1909, The Albert Park Yachting and Angling Club has watched the tide come and go from its beachfront lookout on the sand next to Kerferd Road Pier. With its engaging atmosphere and magnificent decks, this is undoubtedly one of Melbourne’s Premier Clubs, only 4.5km from the CBD.

The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a very supportive business environment, providing creative and evolving menus for a highly appreciative audience at an incredible, beachfront Melbourne location. The successful applicant will operate the restaurant kitchen and catering – suitable for an experienced chef looking to step into their own business with low-required investment.

The club will provide a fully fitted kitchen and an established business case, fuelled by 2000-plus regular members, plus guests and visitors. The Club is seeking a catering agreement to provide restaurant services five days per week, plus additional special events and functions.

This would suit an owner-operator with a small kitchen-brigade, however all offers will be considered. Site tours and kitchen inspections may be provided by appointment.
