Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking tender submissions for a retail food and catering partner for Flagstaff Hill Café.

In 2021, a multi-million-dollar redevelopment was completed, delivering a state-of-the-art dining and events space on the picturesque Flagstaff Hill lookout. The lookout currently sees up to 350 cars per day without an activated food and beverage offering.

Local suppliers offer the freshest local produce and seafood, ensuring the perfect paddock to plate experience. The sleek and modern café service area offers:
