A pop-up coffee bar, Brew Bar, has opened in Sydney’s Enmore, allowing consumers to sample and purchase coffee from a range of roasters.
The brainchild of Collective Roasting Solutions (CRS), the Brew Bar will operate for four months and will showcase beans and roasts from CRS members including Circa Espresso, Edition Roasters, Artificer, Skittle Lane and Harry’s Bondi.
The Bar will have a ‘featured roaster’ each week, offers takeaway coffees and also allows customers to sample beans before purchasing.
CRS owner, Nawar Adra, said “We want to add value to the brands we work with and promote the amazing things they’re doing with coffee in one place for people to enjoy.”
Beans featured at Brew Bar are roasted at the CRS facility in St Peters.
