Superior Food Services has announced that it will purchase the Sealanes foodservice, seafood distribution and ship supply business to grow its presence in Western Australia.
Sealanes, which was founded in 1895, has a large-scale operation in Western Australia.
Superior’s offer stretches from large-scale quick service restaurants, major hospitals and aged care facilities through to smaller street cafes and restaurants.
The acquisition will offer customers of both businesses greater choice from a broader foodservice range and is expected to be effective on 1 December 2016.
