Bondi Pizza will launch its seventh restaurant in December this year, located in the Broadway shopping centre.
A new addition to the recently redeveloped Level 2 dining and entertainment precinct, Bondi Pizza will occupy around 480sqm of internal and licensed space and will seat approximately 300 guests.
The new location will feature an “edgy urban look and feel”, and will include a large casual dining area as well as a bar.
Bondi Pizza sources its ingredients from both within Australia and around the world, including Grainge black Angus beef from the Riverina region of NSW and Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, while Callebaut milk chocolate is imported directly from Belgium.
The bar menu will feature classic and signature cocktails along with a craft beer range sourced from local NSW and Australian breweries.
Jeff Fisher, Bondi Pizza CEO, said “Bondi Pizza continues to establish itself as one of Australia’s premier branded casual dining offers and we are thrilled to be opening our seventh Sydney restaurant in Broadway Sydney. The team at Mirvac has done an amazing job transforming what was a somewhat tired precinct into one of Sydney’s most impressive dining and entertainment offers.
"Our new restaurant will be an impressive anchor within an array of well know food brands and the Broadway location promises to be the jewel in our steadily expanding group which stretches from Bondi to Parramatta, and includes sites at Eastgardens, Brighton-Le-Sands, Top Ryde and Macquarie.”
