Butcher and deli, Hudson Meats, has announced it will be relocating the Surry Hills store to Rose Bay next month.
The new store is set to open by the end of October and will be located in the shopping precinct on New South Head Road.
Owners Colin Holt and Jeff Winfield said “We have always wanted to have a store in Rose Bay and with the end of lease at Surry Hills, now was the perfect time to relocate. We’re excited about taking our specialty, premium and natural pasture-raised products, as well the amazing range of deli items and dry goods to Rose Bay.”
Hudson Meats products include six week grass-fed dry-aged beef, handmade sausages and Hudson Meats’ popular Black Berkshire leg ham for Christmas.
The business was founded in August 2007, when Winfield and Holt opened the doors of the first store on Crown Street, Surry Hills. Following the success of this store, Hudson Meats opened others in Cammeray, Lane Cove, Mosman, Drummoyne and Toorak, the first shop in Victoria.
