Inside Out festival will return to Gold Coast’s Brickworks on 10 September, showcasing the shopping precinct’s wide-variety of food and drink offerings.
Inside Out’s central Gourmet Eats & Drinks hub will feature bakery treats and artisan cheese as well as salads, poke bowls and fresh seafood, while the Ferry Rd Markets will present goods from Providore, The Standard Market Company, The Source Bulk Foods and The Tea Centre.
For drinks, Aperol, Asahi and Veuve will be available from pop-up bars, with brews on offer at the Stone and Wood Beer garden at Salt Café Bar.
Brickworks Centre brand manager Georgia Dal Broi said the event was an opportunity for Gold Coast residents and visitors alike to discover the diverse offering of the centre.
Free cookery demonstrations will take place in the Miele Experience Centre. During three 45-minute sessions participants will explore seafood, Sous Vide and desserts.
“We invite the young and young at heart to come along to Brickworks Inside Out to experience a fascinating array of attractions and activities, as our traders join forces to present this full-day showcase, free of charge for visitors,” says Dal Broi.
