Applejack Hospitality has expanded their Sydney footprint with the opening of micro café June’s Shoppe.
Located in Wynyard, the café is pouring coffee from Gabriel Roasters and has a variety of drink options on offer such as kombucha, cold pressed juices and coconut waters.
On the food front, June’s revolves around toast and open sandwiches that offer a twist on classic combinations.
Breakfast topper options include fried egg, maple bacon, bbq sauce and red Leicester cheese along with avocado, buffalo mozzarella, smoked tomato dressing, pepita seeds and basil.
For lunch, diners can choose from pork belly banh mi with coriander, mint, chilli, cucumber, pickled carrot, mayo; poached chicken with red cabbage slaw, black sesame, turmeric mayo and Wagyu bresaola, Branston pickle, rocket, hot mustard sour cream and ricotta salata.
June’s is open Monday to Friday from 7am until 4pm.
